Where are your shirts printed and shipped from?
Every tee is printed and shipped right here in the U.S. through our trusted printing partners. Each one is made-to-order just for you — think of it like a custom trail map, but way more comfortable.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Orders typically ship within 7 days of purchase
- Once shipped, U.S. delivery takes 2–5 business days
Real talk – waiting for your new hiking tee is a lot like that anticipation before a big trail adventure. A little patience up front, but totally worth it when it arrives.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is a flat $4.99, or FREE when you order 2+ shirts. Because adventures are always better when shared.

Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely! The moment your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email so you can follow your tee's journey.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since we start printing quickly, changes are only possible within the first 24 hours. After that, your tee is already on its printing adventure. If you need help, email us at support@sunlandtees.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best.

What happens if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
Trail bumps happen — and sometimes shipping mishaps too. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not right, send us a photo at support@sunlandtees.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Our goal is that you absolutely love your order — no exceptions.
Do you accept size-related returns?
Because every shirt is made-to-order, we can't process returns for size issues. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering.

Do your shirt colors fade over time?
Nope! Our direct-to-garment printing is built to last through countless wash cycles and adventures. Just follow our care instructions (cold wash, hang dry, no harsh detergents). Treat it like your hiking boots — care for it, and it'll go the distance.
What material are your shirts?
100% ring-spun cotton that gets softer with every wash. Lightweight 4.5 oz fabric that's designed for comfort on and off the trail.
How do I choose the right size?Check out our detailed Size Guide for exact measurements. Our tees are unisex and true-to-size with a classic fit. When in doubt, most people find their usual t-shirt size works perfectly – but when in doubt, go one size up for that relaxed outdoor vibe.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, hang dry for best results – it's worth the wait. Skip the tumble dryer to keep your tee looking fresh for years of adventures.

Absolutely! Just make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We don't include pricing in the package, so it arrives gift-ready.
